Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Should I network my computers?
A: Yes. Computer networks allow you to share data and expensive assets.

Q: Do you make housecalls?
A: Yes. (Businesses, to sound professional, call them "site visits".)

Q: My computers are busy during the day. Do you work after business hours?
A: Yes.

Q: I'm not happy with my computer system, but don't know what's wrong. Do you?
A: Probably. I can evaluate your system, listen to your needs, and make recommendations. This could be a casual recommendation or a full system proposal.

Q: Won't upgrades be expensive?
A: No, with some exceptions.   I believe in system evolution to maximize return on money that you've already invested. There's no need to replace something just because its manufacturer no longer sells it.  Instead, let's focus precious funds on bottlenecks.  I can often find lightly-used hardware at deep discounts: some is junk; some offers incredible value.

Q: Can you make my computers work together?
A: Yes. It's what I do best.
